Lee, the chef and owner of Thai Jai Dee Food Truck, has acquired her culinary skills from helping out in her uncle's restaurant back in Thailand from a young age.

 

Her passion for cooking and entrepreneurial itch let her to start the food truck to bring authentic Thai food to Philly where she now lives.
